Cape Verde Ports reinforces its commitment to technological innovation and digital transformation in the Port Labour Service

As part of its policy of creating and implementing more efficient information management systems, ENAPOR - Portos de Cabo Verde now has a new communication tool available which consists of sending SMS messages to Port Labour Service employees 48 hours after the end of each job, with information on the name of the ship, the date of the work done, the type of work done, the work regime, the amount of cargo handled and the amount to be received for the service. This feature will allow for greater transparency and organisation in the control of work carried out, thus preventing possible irregularities. This new tool, adjusted to the processes of innovation and port digitalisation, aims to apply best practices in national ports, increase employee satisfaction and facilitate and improve stevedoring processes, an important sector in the development of port business.
