The Seatrade Europe fair is one of the biggest events in the cruise industry and this year it takes place from 6 to 8 September in Hamburg, Germany.  

Cape Verde Ports is taking part in the event with the promotion of Cape Verde as a cruise tourism destination as its guiding principle, focusing on publicising the New Mindelo Cruise Terminal, and is represented by ENAPOR's CEO, Ireneu Camacho, and the Commercial and Marketing Director, Sónia Santos, as part of the Cruise Atlantic Islands delegation, made up of the Canary Islands, Madeira and Cape Verde.

Seatrade Europe's theme for 2023 is "Climbing Sustainably", and in addition to the trade fair for exhibitors in the sector, it also includes panel discussions, workshops and presentations covering various topics, from sustainability to expedition cruises, virtual reality and biometrics, among others.  

Seatrade Europe is an international cruise and river cruise trade fair, which acts as a communication and networking platform, ideal for establishing new business contacts, maintaining existing relationships, networking with industry leaders and decision-makers and exchanging experiences with manufacturers, suppliers and service providers in the cruise industry.
